1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen, SFS 2005:59) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Your withdrawal notice should include:

  • Your full name and address.
  • Your order number or date of purchase.
  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
  • The date of your withdrawal notice.

You may use any form of clear written communication, including email. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, opened dietary supplement products cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match the description.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • Products must be returned in a condition that allows for resale (sealed, with all original labels and packaging intact).

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective or was delivered in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment (whichever is earlier).
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
  • We will refund the full price of the product, including standard delivery charges. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than standard delivery, we will refund only the standard delivery cost.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transport, or does not correspond to what you ordered, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund including return shipping costs.
  • A replacement product at no additional cost.

Please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. Under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen), you have the right to claim against defects for up to three years from delivery.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery, where the return is not possible for health protection or hygiene reasons (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU), except where the product is defective.
  • Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

8. Consumer Protection

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Swedish and EU consumer protection law. If there is a conflict between this policy and mandatory consumer protection legislation, the legislation shall prevail.
